What will you sell?
Charger Foods is a First Nations owned gourmet food company that specializes in artisanal hot sauces and vinaigrettes. Charger Foods will sell unique products with flavour combinations that are not currently on the market. Hot sauces include products such as Basil Bomb and Green Tea Thai Chile. Products will also be created with Indigenous ingredients, incorporated into products such as a Sweetgrass Vinaigrette and Maple Syrup Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette.

Who will buy it?
The majority of Charger Foods customer base will include: epicures, affluent consumers who frequent farmer’s markets, consumers wanting to support local businesses, Indigenous communities and those with a middle income.

How will your business idea help people?
There are limited ideas provided for the average consumer on how to incorporate hot sauces in every day cooking. Charger Foods products will help people spice up their food, by offering creative ideas to enhance both classic recipes as well as new dishes.
